Cristóbal Vila is an amazing computer graphics artist who does both pictures and videos.  His latest is called “Inspirations” and is based on imagining what Escher’s studio might have looked like.  Watch it and play “How many math references can I spot?”:

While we’re on the subject of films, there’s an awesome film out by Tom Lowe called “TimeScapes”.  It’s a collection of amazing images from the western US.  It’s the first 4K ultra high definition film sold to the public.  If you watch the youtube video below, be sure to make it full screen and that the video quality is set to “original” so you can get the full effect:
